Our stay at Riverbend Resort was a mix of unforgettable memories and frustrating moments. While the staff, particularly Melody and Brian, went above and beyond to make our trip special, the accommodation we received fell far below expectations. The welcoming atmosphere and amazing customer service were highlights, but the mismanagement regarding our lodging and amenities left much to be desired.

Unfortunately, we ended up in a rundown trailer instead of the lakeside cabin we were promised. It lacked hot water, and there were several maintenance issues, which made our experience less comfortable.

I had a real mixed experience at this resort. While the fishing trips were fun and the guides did their best, the overall management was chaotic and disappointing. I was expecting a comfortable, well-equipped cabin but ended up in a shabby trailer that needed significant maintenance. Definitely not worth the price paid.
